Polyurethane-lined vibration vessel and cleaning access
Application note · Application requirement and proposed configuration. This note does not confirm delivery, commissioning or a validated process result.
Application requirement
A semiconductor-material application requested a ZM-10 vibration vessel with stainless steel construction and a polyurethane lining. The user also wanted the vessel to be easy to remove for cleaning; the powder formulation was not recorded.
Proposed equipment approach
The technical response listed a conventional polyurethane-lined ZM-10 vessel. The quick-release arrangement still required further design, so it is retained as an open requirement rather than presented as a completed feature.
Configuration checks
- Check lining compatibility, wear and cleaning residues.
- Confirm vessel mass and mounting under the selected vibration conditions.
- Agree the removal and sealing arrangement before treating quick release as part of supply.
