Electric lifting and polyurethane contact parts
Application note · Application requirement and proposed configuration. This note does not confirm delivery, commissioning or a validated process result.
Application requirement
A materials research laboratory requested a JM-50 with polyurethane contact surfaces instead of a previously considered corundum arrangement. The user also wanted electric lifting and convenient vessel cleaning and tipping.
Proposed equipment approach
The proposal included a polyurethane-lined water-cooled vessel, a coated stirring rod and an electric lift. Vessel tipping was part of the user requirement and must be confirmed separately; the note does not demonstrate that it was supplied with the proposed lift.
Configuration checks
- Confirm every contact surface, including the stirrer and valve.
- Check lift stroke and the removal path with the actual vessel.
- Specify any tipping mechanism separately from the electric lift.
