LABORATORY MILLING

Stirred Ball Mills

Explore stirred milling for laboratory grinding and dispersion. Compare vessel load, media, cooling and access for cleaning between batches.

Start with the sample

Record material composition, feed size, sample mass and the required result. Identify any restrictions on temperature, moisture or wear contamination before comparing equipment.

Compare the complete setup

Read the model-specific table, then match the vessel, media, working load and electrical supply. Larger nominal capacity does not mean the same sample loading ratio across mill types.

Laboratory Stirred Ball Mill — The JM series moves grinding media with an agitator inside a stationary vessel. It is used for laboratory grinding and dispersion studies with a suitable charge and process configuration.

Electric-Lift Stirred Ball Mill — A stirred milling system with an electrically operated lifting arrangement for access to the grinding assembly. The agitator transfers motion to media in the stationary vessel.
