Stirred Ball Mills
Electric-Lift Stirred Ball Mill
A stirred milling system with an electrically operated lifting arrangement for access to the grinding assembly. The agitator transfers motion to media in the stationary vessel.
Fit for your experiment
Consider vessel access, cleaning between formulations and safe lifting clearance. Confirm the supplied lifting, cooling and process-control arrangement for the selected JM model.
How to use this specification
An agitator drives media through the material inside a stationary vessel or chamber. Grinding and dispersion depend on the media, slurry behavior and energy input. Cooling and circulation are configuration-dependent.
Before selecting a configuration
- Specify liquid, solids loading, viscosity and target particle size.
- Select compatible vessel surfaces, media and separation arrangements.
- Plan temperature control, sampling and cleaning between formulations.
Key features
- Electric lifting reduces manual adjustment of the stirring assembly.
- Media impact, compression and shear support fine grinding.
- Variable speed supports process development and scale-up studies.
- Cooling, circulation and material transfer can be added where compatible.
Construction details
- An electric lift moves the stirring assembly for vessel access.
- The vessel support locates the grinding container.
- A variable-frequency system controls the stirrer drive.
- An optional cooling jacket removes heat through the vessel wall.
Configuration notes
Confirm the lift stroke, vessel removal path and any tipping or pumping arrangement. Electric lifting does not imply that a vessel-tipping system, circulation pump or cooling unit is included.
Application requirement
Electric lifting and polyurethane contact parts
These notes describe application requirements and proposed configurations; they do not establish delivery or validated performance.

Technical specifications
Compare the exact model and configuration. Nominal vessel volume is not the usable sample load. Particle-size results depend on the material and process; confirm critical values in the quotation.
