Application requirement
A battery-material application needed an eight-station jar mill on a second-floor cleanroom. The air-shower doorway restricted access, and on-site welding was not acceptable.
Proposed equipment approach
The proposed solution used transportable frame sections for assembly at the destination, removable structural connections, nonmetallic dividers and surfaces selected to limit contamination. The note records an access and installation concept without confirming delivery or cleanroom qualification.
